o Assist Facility Planner to manage backlog of planned jobs into the site execution schedule.
o Daily quality control of Maxavera data exported from Maximo, (WMS). Function / Operations coordination of
onsite activities for Plant maintenance.
• North Area Scheduler- (5/2010 to 2/2013) 14X14 Rotation
o Deliver fully integrated 12 Week Primavera 6 schedule for all constrained activities, CAP, for Endicott, Milne
Point, North Star and Badami. Staff included six Site Schedulers.
o Developed 8Q Gate Criteria spreadsheet for tracking 8Q, 12W, 6W and 2W gate readiness.
o Trained, mentored two Site Schedulers, Gathering Center 2 and GC-3.
o Continuous Improvement contribution to Activity Planning scheduling standardization process. Standardization
included daily scheduling and 2W/6W scheduling procedures and P6 layouts.
o Ensure gate readiness for 12-week and 6-week schedule activities.
o Supported 8Q Scheduling and Facilitation of 8Q meetings. Developed process for verifying budget items into
the 8Q schedule by utilizing Cost Analysis data.

o Key contributor on Integrated Facility Scheduling Team to develop and implement slope-wide integrated
Scheduling system for Alaska Prudhoe Bay. Microsoft Projects tool chosen for implementation.

o Managed State and Federal Waste Reporting for seven states as Arco Pipeline’s first Compliance Coordinator
on Products Pipe Line. Maintained records on SARA Title III inventories throughout the Products Pipeline
System.

• Duties included pipeline excavation inspections, tank farm gauging, product deliveries/receipts, and meter proving from
